QUOTE, CONTRACT AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS





The Design & Bid Process:



If you are interested in obtaining a quote for an immediate need or for future planning, simply fill out the inquiry form (below) with as much info as possible and submit.


After receiving the inquiry, we will create the design and send it to you via email for your review.

You can expect the initial drawing within 24 hours Monday through Friday.


You can reply with any changes or corrections, and once you have accepted to the design, we will forward it through the engineering and bidding department.

This process usually takes 24 to 48 hours to complete after your approval of the design.


Once we receive the calculations from engineering, we will complete the quote the same business day.


Your quote packet will include the price/details, the original building design plan and a dimensional drawing for you to review.


Please Note: Once we have provided you with the quote, we do not employ any high-pressure sales tactics and will allow you to follow up with us if and when you are ready to proceed.

If you request for us to check back with you within a certain time frame, we will be glad to do so, otherwise we will leave it up to you.







Contract & Commencement of Fabrication/Construction





We will provide a dated contract detailing the deposit and draw amounts for each phase of construction as well as all of the construction timelines.

The only amount due up front is the deposit to fabricate the building and draft/stamp the engineering plans.

All other draws are due upon completion of each phase and will be clarified in the contract.


From there, we will schedule the site visit and consultation prior to starting.


Once the contract has been approved and signed and deposit paid, the engineering and building fabrication begins.

During this period, concrete pier placement, drilling and pouring will be done **by others.


When the building has finished the fabrication stage at the plant, we will communicate and schedule with you the date and time when we will mobilize with the structure, equipment and personnel to unload and begin erection.


We will continue to communicate the construction time with you throughout each phase as we go, taking into consideration the weather and other variables.


Once the building is completed, we will clean up the site and remove/haul away any debris created during construction and meet with you for your final approval and sign-off on the job.
